“Checked into our room late at night after a long day's drive, and got our children settled and into bed. We were getting ready to climb into bed and found a bedbug on the pillow of our bed! We immediately took our children out of the bed and called down to the front desk and the staff did not believe us at first and they sent a staff to come look at it. The staff member came into the room and flipped the pillow and found the bedbug. The front desk said she was going to upgrade us free of charge...

“The room had a crack along the exterior wall that allowed for conversations in the next room to be clearly heard in the room. Otherwise, faculty met needs. ”

“Had to get maintenance man to fix the fireplace started. Remote control for the TV worked when he changed the battery. Fireplace was wide open or off so the room got a little cool by morning. Good food at the restaurant and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Have stayed here numerous times and usually good service. Seems maybe maintenance is a little lacking ”
