“Myself and one friend stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the easy access to slopes and Mountain Village as well as the quiet of the neighborhood. I did not feel that the property management company did right by the owner in the cleanliness or upkeep of the unit, it was quite dirty upon arrival. I hand wrote them a 1.5pg letter. It is a beautiful home and deserves to be cared for as such.”

“I was overall happy with my stay at the Fairmont FKL, with one very important exception (listed under cons below). Pros: Close to the gondola, has a nice spa and decent gym. Mostly friendly staff. “We came in for a few days of skiing. Perfect location and property for our family of 4. Gondola is short walk and runs until midnight to be able to take it to/from town. Parking garage is close (download/use ParkMobile app) and short term parking out back is convenient for loading/unloading. “The house is very interesting with a unique flow (entry is on the third floor). Theater seating is a bonus! The driveway is tricky in the winter with a hairpin turn in the middle. The beds aren’t exactly as advertised, as one is a “kiddie” mattress in a loft (up a ladder). Really sleeps two couples (which we were not). Overall though, we liked the place!”
