“Okay hotel and pool. Price worth”

“We arrived at 20.00 to check in but were not allowed in to the reception area. Even though we were guests..It was freezingly cold. We were not greeted, just told to show ID. The reception staff did not provide any info at all. We had to ask everything to find out about wifi, breakfast time etc. We did not feel welcomed at all. We can not recommend this hotel at all.”

“The only major complaints I had were the the lights were shut off for the whole property for most of a day. I believe it was outside of their control but I would have liked have received some sort of compensation for being without power during my stay. Its summer in Houston, not having air conditioning is miserable. Luckily I was able to make plans as to not have to be in my room while the power was out. Also the TV in the bedroom did not work at all. Luckily the one in the sitting room was just...

“Ett helt enastående hotell. Chinton i receptionen välkomnade oss och checkade in oss tidigare.

“Great room and the staff were very attentive.”

“Good option for a short stay ”

“Clean room”

“The property was very clean and a convenient location. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was how loud the highway was. I didn’t get much sleep because of it, but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Breakfast was also good.”

“Great hotel for the area”
