The location is great not far from downtown attractions/activities the senior teens wanted to attend it was their spring break. I didn’t get my check in process ,I had to contact Jose and Vrbo customer service . .. we drove 9 hours so that part was kinda frustrating because we was like an hr in the drive before I got the information and I was thinking we would have to find something else but that worked out . Upon arrival I had to contact Jose again because code was not working but he was right there due to guesthouse being in their backyard . The teen girls were afraid at first and felt it was weird but I explained to them how some rentals are . We didn’t cook or etc but it was fully stocked with cooking utensils , seasoning and condiments . Also have an iron w/iron board . We mainly slept and showered there only because we were out doing things all day. The beds were comfortable..the head rest also lifts up. The shower is AMAZING !!!! It was 4 of us and it stayed warm for us to shower back to back . No washer/dryer unit because Jose was washing the towels and had them ready once we checked in and came back . I tried to get check out process as well because we was leaving hours before check out to get back on the road .. I contacted Jose but I never got a response back so hopefully we did what we were supposed too. It is nice for a small group no more than 5/6 ppl and everything seems fairly new .Very quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again and I recommend for others .
