From the moment you step through your private entrance, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting space ready to be your home away from home. Perfect for small families, solo travelers, and vacationers alike, this spacious retreat offers an ideal blend of comfort and convenience for your Houston stay.

    Step inside to find a bright and spacious living area where everyone can unwind after a day of exploring the city. The living room features a sectional sofa and smart TV for cozy movie nights, plus a dining nook for enjoying meals. Polished hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, and central A/C keep the space comfortable year-round. Adjoining the living area is a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and all the essentials needed to whip up breakfast or a quick snack. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and rest easy knowing the home has a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher for safety.

Whatever you do, *do not* be deceived by this property's location! This house is absolutely unfit for habitation. The interior is dilapidated, the sanitary fixtures are worn out, and—most critically—the air conditioning system is filthy. The moment we walked through the door, we were hit by the smell of moldy air, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We immediately requested to check out and receive a refund, and promptly vacated the premises. We attempted to contact the host by phone, but the aloof landlord refused to accept our refund request (citing a policy that no refunds are issued once the scheduled check-in time has passed). We then escalated the issue to the booking platform responsible for the listing; after waiting on hold for a full three hours, we finally received a mere ¥100 as compensation—and that was the end of the matter. I urge Expedia to conduct a rigorous review of its partners and to take full responsibility for ensuring the health and safety of its guests.

Biggest problem was bathroom . Unable to regulate hot/cold water. Paint peeling off walls in BR, only 4 or 5 washcloths. Had to run hot water in sink a long time to get hot.Bedroom lamp plug was bent so it could not be used.No direction on how to use tv.. did not realize it was a second floor apartment.Steep steps to get my suitcase up. I’m 78 yrs old and pretty self sufficient but it was a lot of things to figure out.No condiments in kitchen like most I have stayed at in past. Blinds in most rooms had been “cut” of sections so you could see inside from outside.Key punch door lock did not work.Doorknob loose and had to fiddle with it to work.Again very clean, bed comfy. Would not rent again.

The property was just what we needed. Host was very responsive. The property does not have a stove, but still all needed to cook food.
