“They definitely doctored the photos of this place. There are cosmetic upgrades, but the bathroom needed a serious overhaul. The hotel itself is pretty old. Additionally, the fire alarm went off three times because “things burned in the kitchen” or something. That made zero sense at 1:15am. There is also a very high deposit that was never mentioned until I checked in.”

“Location is great. Room in good size with everything you need while being in good condition and clean.
Only two negatives really:
1. Close to none sound proofing, you can hear your neighbours or hallway conversations without an issue. And they will hear everything you do.
2. Parking is a bit overpriced with $15 + taxes per night. I ended up paying $140 for 8 days.
I also had issues with no water off and on for the last two days. It was a temporary issue though so wont hold it against the...

“La atención muy buena desde que llegas al lugar te atienden para darte instrucciones de donde esta el estacionamiento, cuando entras en la recepción todos muy amables y atienden tus dudas de buena manera, el cuarto estaba limpio, el aire acondicionado muy bien, camas todo perfecto lo recomiendo mi estadía fue solo de 1 noche pero sin duda regresaríamos a 11 min caminando de la Galería y restaurantes cerca”

“The hotel and furnishings need to be upgraded. Various stains and paint issues within the room. The staff didn’t speak English and getting things like tissue and towels was a bit complicated. The suite didn’t have basic things like soap or dishwasher pods. The view was nice but it wasn’t worth the price!”
