The second floor serves as the heart of the home, with an open-concept living area, comfortable seating, large Smart TV, dining space, and a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The third floor includes a luxurious primary suite with a King bed, walk-in closet, soaking tub, oversized shower, and city views. An additional Queen bedroom with a private bathroom is also located on this level.

Our home is located in an urban downtown neighborhood approximately one block from a Union Pacific rail crossing. Many guests enjoy the unique city atmosphere and occasional train views from the balcony, while guests who are especially sensitive to noise should be aware that train sounds may occasionally be heard.

Our beautiful home includes three stories.

Level 1 - Queen bed with 50 inch TV, closet . Backyard patio to our gated yard.

Level 2 - The 2nd floor offers 1 Full bedroom with 50 inch TV, an open concept living room with a 50 inch TV, and a master kitchen with Stove, Oven, Fridge, Freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, and wine/beverage cooler. We have a dining area with seating for 6 and an additional 3 dining chairs at our kitchen Island. Our living room smart TV includes access to YouTube TV.

Level 3 - Our dreamy master retreat with King bed, and great views overlooking the busy intersection/railroad crossing will wow your guests. Elegantly designed ensuite bathroom, equipped with a deep soaking tub and huge walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The 4th bedroom, and 2nd on the 3rd floor, includes a queen bed with private full bath. Our washing machine and dryers are also on the 3rd floor.

The home also offers a gated yard, back porch, front balcony, as well as garage parking.

Each of our Four bedrooms are equipped with a 50 inch smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services. The home offers top-notch Wi-Fi throughout for any working visitors.

Our home is kid friendly and includes a pack-n-play (available on upon request) and adults can lounge on the back deck with privacy or watch the world go by from the front porch. Our third floor game room offers a large space for kiddos and adults alike to have fun, including a comfy sectiona sofal, Roku smart TV and several games to play.

Parking: Parking for up to 3 vehicles in our garage/ driveway. Additional street parking available on a side street next to our home.
