- Pets: dogs welcome with prior approval and a pet fee, no breed restrictions, must be approved before arrival, no cats, keep off furniture and clean up.

Pets: dogs only, booked and paid before arrival; off furniture.
Gatherings: No parties or events. Family gatherings like holiday dinners are welcome within the guest limit. Ask us first before hosting a shower or celebration. Private chefs welcome. No DJs.
Noise: shared walls, keep it down.
Parking: 4 cars in the gated lot; street OK, follow posted signs. Keep the gate and other unit clear. Don`t block neighbors. No boats, trailers, ATVs.
