  • Elegant och renoverad första halva 1900-talets 2 BR-lägenhet (2: a våningen) belägen i Museum District (6 kvarter från Asia Society Museum) och nära Texas Medical Center. Ligger på andra våningen låt och med mycket naturligt ljus. Kithchen är fullt möblerad. Diskmaskin och tvättmaskin torktumlare i lägenheten. Frukost på språng tillhandahålls (kaffe, te, socker, spannmål), inget kort förgängligt (som mjölk) tillhandahålls. Täckt parkering på baksidan av byggnaden.

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood centrally located to many things closeby. The apartment was spacious, comfortable clean and nicely renovated.

Exceptionally clean, and just as listed! Very spacious. Light sleepers should bring ear plugs. The place seems to be in the path of airplanes, because they sound very close overhead.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, a really good experience—would definitely stay here again!

We travel to MDACC 3-4X per year. This is a quiet and convenient area. 10 minutes to medical stuff and 20-25 to Hobby. Host had coffee and bathroom supplies which helps until you can get to store. Really liked the upstairs porch area. Nice place and will try to book on future trips.

Schöne FeWo in der Nähe des Museums-Distrikts in Houston. Die FeWo ist auch gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, WiFi hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Mein einziger kleine Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit von Besteck und Geschirr. Das habe ich alles erstmal reinigen müssen. Als Hinweis für andere Gäste: in der Nähe gibt es keinen Supermarkt.

this place made our trip super easy! it was very close to all the fun places in houston and super easy to find! The host was GREAT and had great communication throughout our whole trip!! we will definitely have this place in mind the next time we come to Houston!

Spacious comfort

A fine choice for a group needing a little more space than a studio offers. Loved the cute little mini-patio space off the kitchen.

The host was not reachable via phone when we tried to see if we could check in early. It took 4 of us, including an MIT-educated engineer, to figure out how to access the keys in the lock box. The description of the keys failed to include the all-important one that opened the apartment door. The bedrooms were spartan. The towels skimpy. The location was decent.

Love this neighborhood and Max's Red Door House

This is our second stay with Max. (Stayed at unit with yellow door on Chenevert for Christmas 2022). His red door property next door is just as nice! Very clean, very well appointed, nicely stocked with essentials. Super quick to respond whether you need more plates or the AC is drippinh. We would highly recommend staying with Max.

Located near Hermann Park, museums

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property was as expected. We liked the little balcony for our morning coffee. Walking distance to Hermann Park and many museums. Great restaurants. Central location for driving to other places in Houston area. One night there was some very loud talking nearby. Also the entry code didn't work right away but the manager responded quickly and had someone out the next day to fix it. Thanks.

Good over all.

The apartment is a regular kind of place. It reminds me of a tidy friend's rental. A very livable space but not everything is prefect. It may not be the right place for you if your standards are too high. Caution, the back stairway is a serious safety issue.

Settle Into Clean Comfort

The building is vintage with all the modern comforts. This place was super clean. Bed & furnishings were comfortable. I noticed & appreciated that most of the furniture was slipcovered, therefore, having the ability to launder bringing cleaniness to another level. The apartment was spacious & having both a front & back entrance made coming/going easy. Communicaton with the host was fast & easy. The shower head low water pressure was not to my liking but didn't affect my overall enjoyment of my stay. I would not hestitate to book again.

Lovely home, great for easy Downtown access

The home was perfect, clean, spacious with all the ammenities. Easy access to downtown, shopping and dining. Owner was very attentive and checked to see if we needed anything. I felt very safe and had a perfect stay. I would choose this location again.
