The apartment was exactly as described. There were plenty of towels and amenities for one person. Unfortunately due to the weather I didn’t get to check out the pool but it’s a nice perk! Host was very responsive when I couldn’t find the trash chute (I didn’t know there were two elevators!) Absolutely would stay again! It’s only about a 10-15 min walk to the convention center so it was super convenient!

The condo is nice & conveniently located within walking distance to both Toyota Center & the Brown Convention Center, but the location is otherwise situated in a relatively stark entertainment & commercial desert not conducive to exploration by foot after dark. Parking a car in the garage requires complex advance tasking by the guest & involves potential pitfalls that are poorly communicated by the host. You will be asked to download an app, register, & then coordinate with the host an hour before access. If these instructions, sent shortly before arrival, are somehow missed in transit, access may be delayed while awaiting the activation code required for entry into both the parking garage & condo. It's a minor inconvenience, but an important property detail that can result in unnecessary delays upon arrival. Once inside the garage, guests are instructed to register their vehicle using a QR code posted next to the elevator entrance. Registration is directly with the towing company that polices the garage & is time-limited, not necessarily for the entire duration of the scheduled stay. BE SURE TO READ THE FINEPRINT! Parking passes are issued for 72 h (the registration site states that re-registration required every 24 h!). Bottomline: They will gotcha tow your car IMMEDIATELY upon expiration if not renewed. No warning or notice. Just $350-400 in tow charges & cab fare, plus a half day spent searching for & retrieving a towed vehicle from scenic southeastern suburban Houston.

Clean and comfortable, stayed for a conference. Well stocked and good amenities. Can we a tad loud as you are downtown but wasn't an issue. 12min walk to the conference center however I took uber most of the time because it's too hot to walk in business clothes. Host was helpful.

Beyonce concert

My husband and I were in town for the Beyonce concert and the hotels were way too expensive. I came across this cozy looking condo near NRG Stadium and I must say from booking to checking out we were not disappointed! Cost efficient, clean, close to attractions, the host was commutated with me throughout the trip and side note the decor is very nice. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at this property when we visited Houston! The host, Natalie, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of great. She was very communicative and shared a number of restaurant recommendations with us, which we love when visiting a new city. The unit was clean and super chic (my girlfriend was obsessed with the decor), was in a great location in downtown close to the convention center, and was far more than enough room for two people. The blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in as the sun came up, and speaking of sleeping--the bed was comfy and provided a great night of sleep. It almost felt like we were staying in a hotel with how many great extras the host provided! From a decorated outdoor patio to relax on, to all the utensils you'd ever need in the kitchen, to the spa-like offerings in the bathroom, we were thrilled overall. We highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again when in the area!
