I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The customer service was surprisingly poor staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I raised concerns, the front desk lady said these are minor issues and she cant change my room. She didnt take my complaint seriously.
The bathroom had multiple problems: the faucets dripped nonstop, and the wash basin didn’t drain properly, leaving standing water every time I used it. These are basic maintenance issues that should be addressed long before guests arrive.
Overall, this stay was frustrating and far below expectations. I hope the hotel invests in proper repairs and trains the staff to provide better service, because in its current condition, I cannot recommend it.
