Refrigerator was removed from the room and we were not made aware. There was just an empty space in the dresser by the microwave. There was no telephone in the room for safety. The toilet continue to get clogged and maintenance brought us a horrible plunger smoke alarm kept chirping elevator out of order we were told by the front desk that the Wi-Fi only works on one side of the building. It was spotty light above. The sink was an exposed lightbulb shower floor was severely rusted, one sheet and one duvet cover, no blankets only three pillows doors in room were warped and hard to shut all TV in room and only worked half the time only one stand for a king size bed broken down car in parking lot. The front desk staff was very rude and never at the desk. The front desk person was cleaning rooms while she shouldâve been working the front desk. Overall, our review of this property is very poor. The property should be inspected by the owner and/or corporate should take a picture of the finger We will never stay at a red roof Inn again.
