Charmig 1650 sf duplex på trädkantad gata några kvarter från Texas Medical Center. Detta är en privat två våningar duplex med ett sovrum nedervåningen och ett andra sovrum på övervåningen. Lyxigt minne skum queen size-säng i master med privat uppdaterat badrum. Det övervåningen sovrummet har 2 queen sängar och privat badrum. Det uppdaterade köket, lyxiga möbler, premiummadrasser gör detta till ett utmärkt alternativ för familjer som besöker MD Anderson. Privat parkering, enkel tillgång till utforska Rice Universty i närheten, Hermann Park eller promenad till otaliga butiker och restauranger i Rice Village.
Detta är en privat 2 våningar enhet med ett modernt kök som öppnar upp till ett familjerum med en platt-TV. Möblerna är nya shabby chic och mycket bekväma. Den nedre sovrummet har ett minne skum queen size-säng och eget badrum. Det finns ett stort andra sovrum på övervåningen med två drottning sängar med lyxiga madrasser kudde. Det finns också ett privat badrum på övervåningen och massor av garderob. Den här egenskapen har utformats för familjer som besöker Tx Med center i 12 till 16 veckors behandling på våra sjukhus i världsklass.

Stylish, not Shabby!

My husband, adult son, and I (with our very well-behaved Aussiedoodle who obeyed the rules and stayed downstairs with the tile floors!) had the pleasure of staying in this extremely comfortable duplex over Thanksgiving. We were only minutes from our son’s family, so the location was excellent. It would have been possible even to walk to Rice Village to meet our family for dinner! There are numerous great restaurants there to choose from to dine away from the unit. The upscale neighborhood is so accommodating for walking our dog.We appreciated the extra thoughtful accoutrements, having a fully stocked kitchen with all we needed for our stay, and the comfortable bedrooms. Our host Scott was easy to contact and responsive.We definitely want to return and stay in this stylish (not really shabby!) abode for our next visit to Houston when our dog joins us. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Home away from Home!

My husband and I stayed here for several days and couldn't have been more pleased with the property. It is in a great neighborhood and the unit is very nice. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Everything was top notch and we hope to be able to stay there again whenever we are in Houston!

Nice place in a great neighborhood.

We stayed at Scott’s place while visiting family in Houston. Upon arrival the placed was spotless. This is important during these Covid times. The host was easy to reach and gave us a nice recommendation of a delicious bakery in the area. The kitchen is well equipped and the place had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the property , the owner or the neighbors. After renting other properties in Florida and New England we can say this is a very nice place. We will recommend it.

We were in town to visit family and this house was perfect. The house was beautifully decorated with everything you could need. It was fun to walk to Rice village and see the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

Great place

We stayed for 10 days and had a great time. The property is described as shabby chic but there is nothing shabby about it. It had everything you could need. The kitchen was well equipped and although we didn’t do any cooking it would have been fine for any cooking or baking. There were nice touches throughout the house and the overall feel was very nice. The owner was very responsive and caring. Highly recommended!

Excellent rental near Rice University

This rental was wonderful in a tree lined street. We stayed here 4 nights while attending a wedding. I was asked to arrange the flowers and did all the work at this rental. It worked perfect for our needs! Scott, the owner, was very accommodating . We would definitely rent again if we come to Houston. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Loved staying here!
