H-Town Texas Long Horns House in Walkable Montrose a Vintage Beauty!

Our three-bedroom bungalow is right in the heart of Montrose and was designed with a hip, California meets Texas vibe in mind. With mid-century furnishings and modern amenities - the flow of space makes a perfect environment for both relaxation and entertainment. This house is centrally located in one of Houston's most up-and-coming neighborhoods, Montrose/Mid-town, which boasts a wide array of cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars all walking distance!

Our house was designed with fun in mind! With vintage inspired furnishings and modern amenities.
There are three bedrooms: a king bedroom downstairs, with a large, an-suite office nook, a queen bed in the smaller upstairs room, and 2 large queen beds in the larger upstairs bedroom. Our stunning bathrooms are massive and stocked with fresh towels as well as hair and body care essentials and hairdryers. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer available - perfect for extended stays or for those enjoying light packing.

The kitchen is supplied with every type of cooking appliance, tool, or utensil you may need for dining in or hosting a small dinner. There is a large, four chair table in the kitchen, as well as a formal dining room. And of course, there is a large drip coffee maker as well as a bar cart with wine opener, cocktail shaker and glassware.

The backyard is large, with a hip vintage picnic table and a second outdoor 6 chairs table strung lights that create a special space to soak in some sun or dine al fresco. And for that extra special spot of entertainment, there is a ping pong table on our covered patio area.
