“Quiet place, kid friendly and very near to Cuyahoga National Park”

“So I highly recommend this house for several reasons, but the one that got me was how quickly and efficiently they took care of a problem. Let me explain: when I arrived the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, in fact at all, and the response and effort they took to satisfy us and to make us comfortable was top notch. They had to replace the WHOLE unit the next day and the HVAC company they used knocked it out and we had ac by 4 that day. Thank you”

“Perfect home for our group. Very clean and easy check in. Thank you Carmen!”

“We came for my son’s graduation and had a great time. The location was centralized to everything we wanted to do. We would stay again.”

“Our family gather for a reunion on sorts. The house accommodated us well. We enjoyed the common spaces. The construction on the property is extensive and limits the use of the outdoor areas including the patio. Our host was always responsive and accommodating. Thank you.”

“Very nice clean house and neighborhood was quiet. Will stay there again when in town. Thank you!”

“We enjoyed the home! Very clean!”

“- The floor lamp and bathroom outlet do not work. I eventually got other things working once I opened the subpanel and turned the circuits back on. Several of the blinds are broken and don't open. (Happy to give specifics.)- There is very little nearby--I had a hard time finding food.- The...

“Great location to John Carroll. Had a great stay. Very informative host.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay at Builditplace! The LEGO-themed design is very unique, creative, and especially fun for families with children. The neighborhood also felt safe, quiet, and peaceful. We really appreciated the host’s local restaurant recommendations. Uncle Tito’s and Sunrise Social were both excellent choices and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of things to keep in mind: the property provides bar soaps but not shower gel or shampoo, so guests may want to bring their own...

“It was fine, home is as described and shown in photos. I liked it cuz reminded me of my grandma's house when I was growing up. My favorite parts were the wonderful front porch and sitting under the shade of the tree in the backyard. For me the bed was comfortable. Very limited in the supplies like three sheets on paper towels, one or two trash bags, kitchen supplies kinda old and some need replacement, but family dollar down the street so got what we needed.”
