“We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back ”

“Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . The inconvenience of having to find alternative place to stay and still waiting for a refund .sorry not acceptable ”

“Not fit for family with small children, rooms were smelly possibly were not used/ lack of ventilation. We stayed in the loft room and sleep was disturbed as it was raining and there were plenty of noise of drops on loft windows. Also, noise from main road. ”

“The flat was clean and well appointed. My only negative comment was that I am very sensitive to scents and there were heavily scented products and incense used which I had to wash / put away in order to be fully comfortable. I would definitely stay again though! Property management was quite responsive when we contacted them for advice regarding the cooker.”

“Apartment was lovely - they had thought of everything, but what then let it down, was the use of cheap blinds that were almost see through and poorly fitting, and no curtains in the bedroom! There was also an overwhelming smell of what seemed to be damp. The apartment was really well thought out and very comfortable, but just let down by those 2 things.”

The kettle we had there did not work as it had a massive crack in the bottom which ment it, the blinds in the living room had several pieces missing and the blinds in the bedroom were not the right size for the window meaning that you could see out of the window when lying down which made sleeping hard when there's a...

“They confirmed booking and 10 mins before check in said that is was cancelled due to them double booking when we tried to make contact they kept disconnecting the call and we were left with accommodation and no explanation please avoid ”
