“Lovely cottage, there were 4 of us, 6 would be a squeeze in the living area. Well equipped and comfy beds, some slightly worn bits. Beautiful location but lots of restrictions on where you can and can’t go so slightly restrictive. Parking for second car a long way away, others were parked on Green, shame guests can’t.”

“The Pump House was a beautiful property in a lovely location.It was a short walk to Old Hunstanton Beach and the North Norfolk Costal walk.It was a lovely place to stay.”

“Coachmans Cottage was very peaceful, clean and well equipped. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. The countryside around the cottage was amazing and access to local amenities was very helpful as a family who were new to Norfolk.”

“The cottage was immaculate and very welcoming. It feels like a home from home and is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of space and hangers for clothes! There are toys for a wide range of children. The courtyard garden is tiny but very pleasant to sit in scented by honeysuckle. The cottage is within easy reach of the beach and ideal for families.”

“3 couples stayed for new year. Worked perfectly. En-suites do not have toilets, as stated, but not a massive issue, as 2 other toilets available.”
