“Property was ok to sleep in few down points regarding bathroom cleaning and no toaster in kitchen Property may look into getting few more bits into kitchen for cooking facilities no frying pans there could do with few clothes hooks for coats too”

“Very happy with our choice of where to stay and would recommend.”

“Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day. That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have...

“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

“We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.”

“Comfortable bed, and very convenient location. TV and wifi worked well. Had to ring to ask for towels, which arrived a little while later. The room was very damp and parts of the carpet were wet. As there was no heating on in the building everything in the room got damper. I could not have a shower on my 2nd full day because there was no way the towel from the previous day could have dried out. Shower barely warm even when turned up to max heat.”

“Lovely appartement, confortable, well equipped, quiet. The location is great, within walking distance of absolutely everything.”

“Nice staff and clean room. Right on the front so easy to walk to everything ”

“Lovely spacious and clean apartment, exactly what I was hoping for. Would visit again.”

“I booked this property through Expedia expecting the accommodation shown in the listing. Unfortunately, the apartment we received was materially different from what was advertised. The listing created the impression of views towards the seafront promenade and Arnold Palmer's Putting Course, but instead our apartment overlooked an enormous overflowing skip. The property was described as a "Well-Appointed Flat" with "modern amenities", "facilities to meet the needs of our guests" and "high...

“When I arrived after a long drive we couldn’t wait to check in my first notice was the image of where I thought we was staying was actually next door, as we approached the building the front door window had been smashed we then went to check in only to realise we had been given the wrong code to get the key and had to get the help of the guy boarding up the window to help us. Once finally being able to get in I went to make a cup of coffee but all the cups had coffee stains on them all the...
