“The hotel itself is nice. The swimming pool and jacuzzis are good amenty addition. They were very useful after a full day of activity in the mountain. The rooms are big and and lots of space. I was just dissapointed upon check in. We booked 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was set for 2 adults only. Since we drove from city, we came late night. I expected that everything was set. But to my surprise, the bed was not ser. We have to set the sofa bed ourselves and we found dirty towels and linens...

The location is premium, with it located in the heart of the Catskills, and not far from most attractions and hikes. “Äldre ”bevarat” hotell med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Trevligt med frukost som gjordes efter beställning. Mycket prylar och väldigt lyhört. För oss blev det väldigt mycket dyrare med Hotels.com än det varit om vi bokat direkt med hotellet. Dels då priset per natt var högre men också eftersom kostnaden drogs i SEK från vårt Amerikanska kort och vi fick jättedålig kurs samt växlingsavgift. ”

“There was nobody in the office when we arrived to check us in. Somebody came over about five or 10 minutes later to the office. We were given a key and that was it. We had to call later to find out what the Wi-Fi code was and no one answered and they finally emailed us half an hour later with the code. Our room was never cleaned and we were there two nights. The property is a bit shabby and neglected. Would not recommend it.”
