"Got in late. When we got to the room the floor was sticky with visible dirt. Needs updating, but knew it was on the older side, however that’s no excuse for the floors. Only stayed a few hours time before heading to the next stop on our drive."

"Arrived at the property and it had not been cleaned. Had to contact the host . She sent her daughter to change beds and clean a bit. Still no towels, had to call again. It was a challenge.
