“Good communication with property manager but had a few issues with condo not having been cleaned and no beach wagon available. The property manager did refund us the cleaning fee and let us use her personal wagon.”

“I have stayed on this property four times now. This unit was clean had all the things you need very well stocked. My only wish was for a Keurig and maybe some more towels as I traveled with a bunch of teenage girls so we went through a lot of towels, but otherwise the place was awesome. This complex is so convenient with restaurants easy access to the beach and a large pool. Bonus points for Pickleball courts as well. Perfect place for a family.”

“We had a great stay. The communication with the owner was easy from start to finish and we even got a great recommendation for an afternoon trip to Botany Bay. It was easy bike access to everything. Take heed of the reviews of the signs from the above tenants. It didn’t bother us and the vacationers weren’t rowdy when we were there but you can definitely hear their footsteps being a lower level condo. Nonetheless, it didn’t affect our stay at all.
