“Der Aufenthalt im Secret Cottage war toll. Das kleine, etwas versteckte Haus, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Eigentümerin sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hatte an unserem Ankunftstag, weil wir erst so spät ankamen, Milch und Brot hingestellt. Das Haus, ist absolut ruhig, da es nicht an der Hauptstraße liegt.Insgesamt war es echt schön.”

“This cottage is lovely and we were so pleased to be presented with some freshly baked bread, fresh eggs and other things. The location is perfect for exploring and all villages etc are so close. Food in surrounding villages excellent, particularly the fox and the Wheatsheaf.”

“No 11 is delightful. It is well furnished and extremely comfortable. Andy is a terrific host and very good at communicating. Having the village shop just round the corner is useful and the cottage is conveniently located to explore the area. If you are tall though, you need to remember to duck, as it’s an old cottage (albeit really well renovated) but the doorways and beams are low. ”

“Overall great stay. Nice, quite and secure property. Lovely views after a long day at work, it was nice to unwind with a beer and look over the field watching the sun set every night. Huge comfy leather sofas. Was never bothered by the property owner, but any questions or problem was sorted right away. Hes a genuinly nice man.Would stay again. Couple things to note. Upstairs flooring and stairs very creaky.Could'nt use the oven and 3 hobs at the same time without tripping fuse board. Kitchen...

“Thank you for a wonderful stay at Rivernene Cottages. Hosts Stephen and Phil were amazing and could not do enough for all the guests. We stayed in the Yew Tree Cottage, as a family of 4 (2 teenagers) this was perfect! The entire place is immaculately kept. “Really nice cottage style property with a log burner and really comfy beds. Only warning would be the stairs as they're pretty steep and the bathroom is downstairs if you need to get up in the middle of the night.”

“I booked this cottage for a trip down memory lane with my 2 brothers and it didn't disappoint. It is a beautifully renovated Fens cottage, typical of the area and very similar to our grandparents' Fenland home where we spent many happy childhood holidays.We all agreed that we would not hesitate to stay at Mill Cottage again.”

“There is no parking … How you can advertise bumping up a high kerb onto the pavement to park is wrong , we would not of booked this property … Only suitable for 2 people not 4 Needs a good deep clean ”

“Family of five stayed for a birthday weekend. Beautiful homely spacious cottage, perfect for a group or family. Ensuite bathrooms ensured everyone had space & privacy. The garden is perfect for relaxing & games room brought the family together for valuable social time. It is beside a busy A road, so not exactly quiet. So not ideal for a light sleeper. The lakes were not accessible on foot so a drive into St Neots, to the park, river, pubs, shops & cafes was ideal.”

"Bästa hotellet hittills på vår resa. Ligger inte centralt men var otroligt bra hotell. Vi tyckte det var väldigt trevligt med bra restaurang och bar. Rummet var jättefint med riktigt bra säng, vi sov jättebra och vaknade utvilade. "

Bra hotell egentligen, men ac:n på rummen trasig

"Bra rum, bra frukost, men ac:n på rummet fungerade inte. Och man fick inte öppna fönstret mer än ca 5 cm, då det var spärrat. (Vi bodde på andra våningen) Det var 32 grader när vi var där och flera gäster var missnöjda. I lobbyn och restaurangen fungerade ac:n så vi vet inte om det var besparing eller om det verkligen var ngt fel. De bad om ursäkt och ville erbjuda poäng i ngn klubb, som inte vi kan utnyttja. Då erbjöd de ”some drinks” for the road så vi tog ett par flaskor vatten. Hade varit schysst att tex halvera priset på rummet. "
