Discover your dream getaway at our stunning 2-bedroom+bonus loft area corner unit nestled in a serene, gated community, within a 5 min walk to the beach, minutes from the Pier, Pacific City and downtown Huntington Beach! With approx. 1700 SF of living space, this fully furnished gem comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

Conveniently located near many Southern Californian favorites including Disneyland, a cruise along the harbor, golfing, whale-watching, etc!

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area that seamlessly connects to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The open-concept layout is perfect for families, friends, or colleagues, allowing for easy interaction among guests. Enjoy entertainment on a new 55” Samsung 4K Smart TV with high-speed internet. Relax on a new comfortable sectional, perfect for family game or movie night.

The kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a wine fridge and bar area, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to whip up a gourmet meal or a quick snack. With a coffee bar to entice any coffee lover, enjoy your specialty with either a Keurig coffee or made to order espresso or cappuccino. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, creating an ideal setting for shared meals and lively conversations with 4 stools.

The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat, contained in its own suite. As you enter, you feel the ocean breeze with the open patio doors and you can enjoy the beautiful views of a lush tropical oasis. The bedroom is furnished with a plush king-sized bed, new comfy mattress, new Samsung 4K Smart TV and is adorned with tasteful decor. There is also a secondary desk area to allow for some quiet time. The bedroom leads to 2 full size walk-in closets allowing for ample storage. As you walk through the suite, the ensuite bathroom features two sinks, a spacious bathtub with spa-like features and a walk-in shower for your comfort.

Outside the primary bedroom is an open space bonus room with natural light that can be used as an extra sleeping area for 2 with a murphy bed and full-sized mattress or as a quiet workspace with a desk. An additional well-appointed bedroom suite, with a queen-sized bed, provides cozy sleeping arrangements. With its private attached bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination and walk-in closet, rest and relaxation is awaiting.

LUXURY IN HUNTINGTON BEACH

Our one month stay at this townhome was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless and very spacious. The entire community was impeccably maintained. The location can’t be beat - an easy walk to the beach, Pacific City and the Hilton and Hyatt hotels. The owner, Nancy, was very easy to get in touch with and always available for any questions. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back in the future. Great memories!!
