“My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property with out two small dogs. Fully fenced (next door neighbors who live there have two large but friendly dogs that run the fence line). The pool was still being installed and workers showed up during our stay but they were there just a few hours each day and very polite. “The townhouse is extremely comfortable, 3 stories so if you have trouble climbing stairs this a no go since all bedrooms are upstairs. Other than that, this place is gorgeous and well appointed. You have access to the lake from the backyard unfortunately it was cold during our stay, and we did not sit outside to enjoy the view. Nearby, you have several restaurants, shops, and lots of donut’s stores, lol. I would definitely rent this location in the future.”

“The property is a 5 bedroom with 2 1/2 baths, but the manager has a 6-person maximum stay for a 5 bedroom with an air mattress. After booking and getting the check in information after the 4 pm check in time, I received a request for additional money due to an estimate of guest possibly coming. But nowhere was it listed for additional fees for guest over the maximum of 6 people. Only 5 people actually showed up. But I'm being harrassed for additional money.”
