STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

"Booked it for an emergency as our plane was canceled. Front desk staff unhelpful and couldn’t care less about customers. Woke up to A DAMP AND WET room. All our clothes are moist and/or wet. See attached pictures. Now trying to hey a refund from GM but still no replies at all. "
