Cape med privat strand på Nantucket Sound 2 minuters promenad

Vårt hem är beläget på ett lugnt privat sätt Cul de Sac i den mycket önskvärda South Hyannis. Detta uppdaterade klassiska Cape Cod-hem har gjort rättigheter till en privat sandstrand på Nantucket Sound - bara 2 minuters promenad till vår barnvänliga strand med grunt, mildt havsvatten.

Den ljusa bostaden har nya apparater, möbler och sängar. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med eget badrum och en bifogad tre säsong solrum för avkoppling med tillgång till en stor, väl möblerad uteplats och privat bakgård. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng och det tredje sovrummet har både en drottning och en enkelsäng. De delar ett fullständigt huvudbad. Vårt hem sover bekvämt 7 personer. Höjdpunkterna i hemmet inkluderar: vackra trä- och kakelgolv, välutrustat granitkök, extra stora LG tvättmaskiner och en öppen planlösning med en spiraltrappa till ett nivåns nöjesområde och en uteplats med säsongsutsikt över myren, Circo Pond och havet. Förvaringsgaraget rymmer bekvämt strandstolar, strandleksaker och strandvagnar för din användning.

Stora bekvämligheter inkluderar: privat utomhusdusch med omklädningsrum för att tvätta av efter en dag på stranden, två rymliga uteplatser, utomhus Weber naturgasgrill, två familjerum med platt-TV, central luftkonditionering och Wi-Fi hela. Två motorvägar rymmer parkeringsplatser för fyra (4) bilar.

Gå 150 steg till sandstranden som leder till en privat strand med lugnt, varmt havsvatten. Detta är ett utmärkt läge för kajakpaddling och paddla boarding. När vinden är upp, titta på vindsurfare, kitesurfare och segelbåtar gå förbi. Njut av utsikten över reserfärjor, Great Island och Hyannis Port med Kennedy Compound. Gå en promenad längs vattnet och utforska närliggande Keyes Beach till väst eller Kalmus Beach i öster.

Huset är bekvämt nära alla bekvämligheter som behövs för en trevlig semester, men avskilt från stressen i Kap. Njut av Hyannis Harbor, Artist Shanties, Downtown Hyannis Shopping och Fine Dining Restaurants, John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum, Cape Cod Maritime Museum, Cape Cod Melody Tent och titta på närliggande Hyannis Mets basebollspel. The house and it’s layout is as perfect as it gets. It is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a vacation rain or shine. The inside is spacious and it has a bonus game room/ loft with a small deck to enjoy a morning coffee. The back yard includes a large table with seating for everyone. The backyard is very quiet and private due to some excellent landscaping. The outdoor shower is amazing and a quintessential feature of a true Cape Cod experience.

Beautiful house and yard with all the amenities. Jim and Alexia are congenial hosts who have thought of everything a visitor might need. It’s a short walk to a very nice private beach and a short drive to Main St., lots of great restaurants, the ferries (in season) and other towns on Cape Cod.

Wonderful property and location!

From booking with Jim and Alexia, to all of the super helpful information they provided, and everything in between, this house was perfection for me and my family’s Cape Cod vacation. We arrived, greeted by Jim, with a great tour. He answered our questions and helped with several great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The house was spotless. It also was decorated beautifully and set up for anything you could possibly need during your stay. Beds were comfy, laundry on site was clutch.

Fabulous house!

Immaculately clean. 3 good size bedrooms with very comfy mattresses. Very well supplied linens and towels. Kitchen great with all the appliances, pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls etc you could possibly want. Large natural gas Weber grill just outside the kitchen door. Terrific backyard with grass, lovely plantings, a large outdoor table with a huge umbrella. Lovely front yard. Very quiet street with off street parking. 2 short blocks to a private beach. Everything labeled and well organized in the house. All remotes labeled as well. Gas fireplace in the large living room with 2 good sized couches and 2 chairs and a nice big Vizeo TV. They also leave a very well organized "manual" with lots of instructions as well as restaurant and what to see recommendations. Also, very good communication with owner. Jim texted me one evening warning us of an incoming nor'easter and letting me know where the lanterns were kept in case the power went out. We would definitely recommend this lovely house if you want a great location in Hyannis!! 10 stars!!

Picture Perfect House

From the moment we pulled up and saw the white picket fence and beautiful garden, we had smiles on our faces. These just got bigger as we met Jim and Alexia and they showed us around the house. It was just beautiful and so much attention to detail. So much thought has gone into making sure guests have everything they need. The instructions on how to use everything were so detailed it made everything so easy. The kitchen had everything you could think of including snacks, the beds were really comfortable and all the areas to chill out in were wonderful, we loved playing the vinyl records on the turntable. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and everything was provided including a trolley to take your chairs down. This is by far one of the best places we have rented and we were sad to leave. Jim and Alexia are the perfect hosts and made it obvious that they wanted us to have a great break. On the day we arrived it was raining and they had printed out a whole sheet of things we could do if it continued to rain ! We will definitely come back.

Paradise on Cape Cod

We spent the most amazing week on Cape Cod at this beautiful property. The home was sparkling clean (essential to my partner)! Every amenity you could think of was provided. The beds were super comfortable, the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in after a busy day of sightseeing. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Steps to the beach, which is gorgeous. Walking in the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Close to everything in Hyannis. Super easy to catch the ferry to the islands. James was easy to work with, with great communication and follow-up. This was the first time for my partner and his parents to visit Cape Cod and staying in this perfect house made for a great trip for them. Thank you for allowing us the use of this oasis on the Cape. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Peace of paradise in Cape Cod

This property was a joy to stay at. All the spaces were so lovely to relax in. The beds were comfortable and everything was well organized . It was so well supplied with more than ample kitchenware, towels, games etc. We thoroughly enjoyed this little peace of paradise. Jim , our host was so great to work with and he was more then happy to help us with restaurant suggestions, sites to see, etc

Breakwater Shores

The cleanliness and owners attention to detail makes staying at this property a joy. The house is well appointed and comfortably furnished. It’s well stocked with games, books, electrical and water sports equipment and the private beach is wonderful. The house is located on a quiet street where there’s a friendly atmosphere. The house sits in well maintained mature gardens which provide a relaxed outdoor space for dining or lounging. From the moment we arrived we felt ‘at home’ and we found the hosts to be friendly and helpful.

Cape Cod vacation

We have stayed in many house rentals from Florida to California and between. We all thought this house was one of the best we have stayed in. Jim and Alexia have done a great job of thinking about every little detail you may want or need in a vacation rental. It has the beach right down the path, is central to the ferry to the islands and in the middle of the cape. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10.

Wonderful stay in Hyannis

The house is beautiful and spotless. The house has everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. Very short walk to a beautiful private beach. The hosts met us at the property to review everything with us and to let us know to reach out with any issues. They also checked in a couple days later to ensure everything was ok. We had one very small issue with a running toilet which was fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

The most perfect house, location, and overall experience in Cape Cod

There’s no way to summarize the PERFECTION of this property!!!! The location is incredible.. even closer to the beach than it looks. Less than a minute walk! Every detail in the house has been thought of, included, updated, etc. Beautifully clean and well stocked with anything and everything you’d need for the kitchen, bathrooms, beach, water activities, and more. The owners are so helpful and communicative - and incredibly friendly/genuine to boot!! Within 24 hours, we were already back on VRBO to rebook another stay. Plenty of room for us and our three kids/tweens/teens to spread out. I could go on and on and on!!!!!!!!

Love it so much we went twice

This is a great property. We stayed here in May of 2022 and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this October. Property is beautiful, emaculately maintain, and has absolutly everything you could need. The beach is a huge plus even off-season. My husband and I stayed with my mother, daughter, and her boyfriend. It was a perfect space for everyone to spread out for privace but come together for socializing. I highly recommend it.
