“Fantastic experience all round - we checked in easily with a warm welcome from the staff. Our room was lovely, very clean, comfy bed and great decor. Little extras were provided too - the portable toothbrush & paste, shower cap and shaving kit, which was a lovely addition, especially if you've forgotten one of these. There was a coffee machine with a variety of teas, coffees and hot chocolate. USB socket as well as normal plug socket. Internet access was easy too. A useful folder in the room...
“It´s a really lovely, clean and comfortable hotel with nice staff and owners. The rooms and bathrooms were great and so was the breakfast. We also had a nice drink in the snug bar and breakfast was served with a smile and with beautiful views over the sea and the garden. This will be our favorite stay for our next visit.”

The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. It has been recently refurbished to a good standard and was very clean.
The team were all very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.
Bembridge itself is fairly small and quiet but it is easy to get to from the ferries and was also a good base for touring the island.

“If you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby. “Only a one night stay with our son and new wife to celebrate their wedding that day. Staff were amazing and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Made use of the pool and sauna and quiet areas although had to stop using the pool for the aerobics class. Had dinner in the Upper Deck restaurant which was lovely.
