“Liked it. Clean and safe”

“The hotel, staff, and breakfast were excellent. The only two disappointments were no freezer in the fridge and no lotion in the bathroom. We needed to freeze the ice blocks for our cooler and with the dry Colorado air, we needed lotion. Otherwise, a great stay!”

“We decided to give this hotel a 5/10 rating because we found a bedbug in our room. While we were quickly provided a new room, it was quite an inconvenience, as we had to stay up late to wash all our clothes. Fortunately, the staff was helpful, and without the bedbug, it would have easily been an 8/10. We would also like to point out that the breakfast was good, so the bedbug was the only damper on our stay. (Traveling with family, so the bedbug was quite inconveniencing).”

“Very classy place to stay;) the mattresses were absolutely dreamy! Staff was very professional and the food we ordered through room service was top notch! The only complaint I have was the parking . I traveled with my 79 year old mother and her friend and we had to carry our luggage in from the parking lot on the other side of the property. And you are expected to pay $15 even if you have a room booked. The parking across the street is off limits to hotel guests. They did have a golf cart parked...

“The hotel is old and outdated. The ice machine was on my floor was overflowing ice at night which was extremely loud, the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, the room was dark and the water pressure was very low.”

“Rooms were great and hotel was very kid friendly. Also, great location close to food and coffee.”

“Basic but nice. Bed a bit hard but thats a personal thing. Good location. Renovating.”

“Great room my wife and I stayed in. The view was very beautiful at night too. The downside was we didn't know if the mini fridge was on or not. The main reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars was the breakfast buffet had stale bagels and no waffle maker. There were apples and oranges, but some bananas would be a nice addition as well for fruit choices. All in all, great space. Great area that's close by the Convention Center. Would love to go back when I have FanExpo come around.”

“The lobby and room was nice and clean , but the air system only controlled in one space the main area. So at night it was freezing in the second bed area and hot in the king suite even with both doors open. Also the pool was cold and cloudy, most likely from a large dose of chlorine. Plus they charged for parking, so it was okay for my family of 4, but we’ll stay elsewhere next time we’re in the area.”

“Bäddsoffan var lite nergången då tonåringen låg i den. Kyl/frys lät mycket på natten. Fantastiskt rum, rymligt o rent. (Glömdes dock städa en av dagarna.) Då jag stängde toadörren på natten för att inte bli störd av duschande grannar, råkade jag låsa mej ute. ”

“Front desk staff was great! Check-in was easy. Breakfast offerings were decent! Unfortunately, there was a hotel wide TV outage for over 12 hours which left us with kind of a negative view of the property. Weather outside was cold and rainy so couldn't use the pool - with not much left to do, being without one of the most basic amenities for our entire stay was somewhat disappointing!”

“Decent place but they will surprise you with the mandatory valet parking for $54 and night. While it is convenient, they should add it into the nightly rate so I can book accordingly. Otherwise, this is false advertising.”
