“Nice fresh and comfortable hotel close to Omorikaigan station, on the way to Haneda airport and close to Shinagawa. Hotel and breakfast are very nice, only thing is that the metro line just outside the hotel is not the easiest to reach and connect, you find much more direct connections to central tokyo in omori station, but it is a 15 walk from hotel, which specially at night may not work too well.”
“I choose to stay here for my final 3 days of my Japan trip because of it's location close to Haneda airport. And it was very convenient on my final morning to walk to the station and take a train ride (less than 10 min) to terminal 3. Apart from that the surroundings were not that interesting, but there were more restaurants around Kamata station, 15 min walk to the north-east. The hotel seemed very newly built and it smelled of "new" materials in my room. One downside may be the train tracks...

"The hotel is amazing, don’t have anything negative to say. I’ve been traveling a lot and this is one of the nicest ones with comfortable bed, great staff, it’s clean, it was the best one we were at when we stayed in Tokyo, we stayed at 3 different hotels in Tokyo during our stay and if I’d know how great this was even if it’s not as central in Tokyo, it would be well worth taking the train to reach all the places we went to anyway. I recommend this hotel very much and the view from the balcony was amazing!"

"I took this hotel based on that they provided Airport Shuttle service in the hotel.com search. However when we asked for Shuttle Service they said it was full but offered us to take the 4:10 or 8:10 Shuttle (we arrived around midnight) and our flight was at 9. Asked if they could arrange an extra/larger shuttle - but that was impossible, asked if they could compensate by giving us breakfast but that was impossible, then we got into the room and it was 30 deg celcius and they were not able to fix it so we had to change room. Bad experience. "
