“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“The room was really loud, there’s a lot of banging at night coming from the other guests doors but also the pipes. There’s trucks idling by the windows early in the morning, and if you want to take an afternoon nap, forget about it, the cleaning staff is always shouting and laughing by the door. At least they seem happy, so that’s that. It was pretty clean, although the sink could use a plug or strainer so you don’t see how gross the drain is. The shower heads could use some replacement too....
