“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. Gave us information on where to go. The hotel and room was clean.”

“Very convenient hotel.”

“Nice rooms and comfortable beds. No elevator and lobby and breakfast are in a separate building. Must walk across parking lot to get to them. Great, friendly staff.”

“We stayed two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the standard. We had been warned that the neighborhood was a bit rough… We liked its proximity to Snowden metro, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was ok. It cannot compare to a North European breakfast but we had bagels, yogurt, muffins, cereals and juice, and coffee/tea of course. Very nice breakfast hostess and reception staff. Now, the negative: our bathroom had been used when we entered the...

“Right beside busy ”

“We liked this hotel. Very nice staff and a good breakfast!”

“Correct”

Trevlig personal!”
