“Perfect location, nice and cozy micro apartment. Room to work: non-functional bathtub as the drain stopper does not work. Need pots that are compatible with the induction stove.”

“The apartment was not clear to find. We had to try multiple doors on different floors to find the place. The owner did not reply to my question as to location for about an hour later. We were nervous getting our luggage up 2 floors of straight up stairs in the dim lit hallway. We sat on the bed in the main room and it was hard and lumpy. We decided this was an uncomfortable place and didn't want to fall straight down 2 sets of floors. We returned the key and notified the owner. We notified VRBO...

“Studio très bien situé avec toutes les commodités. Un grand plus, le parking couvert pour garer le véhicule. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100% ”

She explained everything to us about the apartment that we needed to know about. The owner was very thoughtful when I brought up a minor concern, he resolved the issue immediately. “This apt is more like a small suite with 2 small bedrooms. It was a bit hard to find as our GPS took us elsewhere but the link that the host sent worked well. The hearts on the cement columns were barely visible so we had to double check that we found the right place. The lockbox wasnt obvious despite the picture. It would be helpful to put lift up white cover on the photo posted. Please advise people that there are 10 flights of stairs..92 steps in total as it was very hard to get luggage...
