âThe key cards stopped working multiple times, which is required for you enter the parking garage. Once I went inside to correct it and could not find anyone who worked there for almost 10 minutes. Staff was good other than that.â
âStaff is very friendly. It is a rundown place and the cleaning is not the best. Our toilet clogged twice. There was a cig butt on the balcony. There was no soap at all but 4 small containers of lotion. We went out and bought some handsoap and showergel.
What Made the stay still enjoyable was the view from the balcony. However we could not eat breakfast out there because it was not clean.
But the staff was very friendly which was nice. â
âThe property was currently under construction and understaffed, but that didnt stop the staff from being completely professional. Delia, the gal with the sunflower tattoo on her hand, the cleaning young lady who was cleaning on my floor that day and the next. The young lady closing the lounge at night were all amazing. â

âThe wonderful gal at the front desk was courteous and friendly despite my being a tired grumpy old man! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a nice clean dining room to enjoy it in. The room was comfortable and quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. I would recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to another stay in the future. â
âSince I love livemusic this seemed like a hotel right up my ally and it was. Yes you can hear the sound from what ever concert is taking place in the venue downstairs but that did not really bother me. I loved the interior design and vibe of the place. It is in a good location with lots of sights within walking distance. I had a great time in Seattle and would definitely stay at The Crocodile again.â
âVery nice hotel in a nice area. Comfortable room. A bit worn down. The shower didn't work great.
A warning, though: There are zero power outlets. With four people staying in the room, and wanting to charge phones and watches, this was an issue. We had to unplug the TV and the lamp by the beds to have any access to power outlets.
Lots of drug zombies in the neighbourhood. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but for some travellers this could be a relevant issue. â
