“Fully renovated rooms above the bar and bistro in the centre of town. Parking at rear could be a problem but we snared the last spot at the time on arrival. Staff were most helpful and changed our allicated riom to the rear and not above the bar. Most appreciated. Good use of space in rooms with kitchenette facilities including stovetop hotplates but no utensils for their use. Good ensuite space. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great bar and bistro downstairs for an easy relaxing evening.”

“Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!”

“The cabin is equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful couple of days away, including a cooktop, dishwasher and spa bath. The views over the western escarpment are just magnificent. The location is close enough to the town centre to be convenient, but far enough to enjoy the serenity of the landscapes. ”

“The only thing impinging on our stay was the car park. We had great difficulty finding the way out. There were very few signs (2 that I saw), and these small and faded. We drove round and round for 10 minutes, up and down the levels, without finding the exit, and getting increasingly frustrated. At last we managed to follow another visitor out. Please invest in some more, larger, and brightly lit signs. Apart from that issue as we left the hotel, everything else was great. Staff at the entrance...

“Terrible experience on our vacation in Australia. We found bedbugs in our room on the bed and rug at night so we asked for help. A lady came and denied the presence of bedbugs and asked us with an angry tone to leave the motel in the night so we would’ve been left on the street or else we wouldn’t get a refund. She said that the bugs are normal bugs and not bed bugs. Because we are Europeans she took advantage of lying to our faces and said “this is Australia there are bugs everywhere” but we...
