Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.

âThe accommodations was very clean and close to grocery stores. The only problem we had was the control panel for the water heater kept on talking ( Japanese ) . We did not understand what the panel was saying and we didn't know how to turn the notifications off. It got real annoying after a while.â
âLocation was perfect. Near to the station, shops and restaurants. A little oasis away from the hustle and bustle with a peaceful outdoor area to relax. Also lots of comfortable indoor areas to eat, drink or relax. Free drinks and toiletries were most welcome and we enjoyed the use of the free massage chairs and karaoke room.
The staff were so polite and helpful. We enjoyed five nights in this hotel, exploring Tokyo, then returning to relax in the evening. â

âJust a unique and wonderful experience at Balian resort. Located in a perfect area in Shinjuku, itâs close to everything but just far enough to be quiet. The staff was exceptional. The amenities were amazing. Rooftop terrace, garden for dining, all types of food and personal items for free. It was truly great! â
âSimple but OK breakfast was included and some evening snacks and drinks. Great concept! Good beds that are wide enough for sleeping with a (not too big) child. We stayed a family of four in two beds.

"Mitt hotellrum (och förmodligen hela hotellet) har varit nyligen renoverat, mycket utrymme, bra sÀng och kuddar! Det fanns Àven ett stort skrivbord, liten soffa, och kylskÄp. UtmÀrkt badrum, och hygienprodukter. AC fungerade mycket bra. I lobbyn fanns gratis te, kaffe, olika typer av hygienprodukter för mÀn och kvinnor.
