“Jättetrevligt boende i fräsch lägenhet! Julie var en mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad hyresvärd. Lägenheten var välstädad och låg i ett lugnt och vackert område nära Edinburgh. Mataffär och pub/restaurang i närheten, men vill man bo nära pubar och uteliv passar inte området. Vi trivdes jättebra, använde lägenheten mest för övernattning men tog promenader vid bukten och besökte någon pub. Vi rekommenderar varmt denna lägenhet pga läget, standarden, hyresvärden Julie och priset!”

On entering apartment there were a few disappointments namely: soiled and torn carpet, damaged patch on living room wall, broken floor tile in bathroom, kitchen blind broken, short of crockery, only one wine glass, spare duvet soiled and no cover on it. "The hotell is close to the center and is located near beautiful river running through. It has all the facilities that we needed and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was ok. The only downside for us was the view from the window which was out to the street from almost pavement level. But that was ok because we were not supposed to have windows according to our reservation so I cant really complain and besides there were window blinders that could be used. We where very pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotell if your staying in Edinburgh."
