“rooms were a nice size”

“The room was spacious and very clean but the bathroom a tad small. Getting around the door to put the light on and then close the door was crazy. For a larger guest, it would have been nearly impossible. Also having a light right in the entrance would be nice as its dark when entering the room so the first thing you look for is a light switch which there is none. Also there is no hook say on the back of the bathroom door to put towels. We noticed how dirty the carpet was in the stairwell...

“We were charged $260 Cdn $ for a room that might have been a supply room for linens. The room did not have a window to the outside. It did have a half window immediately adjacent to the door and looked out into the hall. The room was so small it barely accommodated a very very tired queen bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“It was perfectly ok. The room had everything you need, but the cleaning behind the bed as done poorly.”

“This is an excellent economical place to stay other places in the area within the same price range don’t compare. A lot of renovated rooms.”

“There were drug addicts and a drunk guy in the parking lot when we arrived and my daughter wouldn’t get out of the car. We were harassed and so I went to the front desk to ask for a refund because we didn’t feel safe and the clerk said of course. So I called Expedia from the waiting area and left at 9pm. Fast forward one week and Expedia tells me when they reached out to the property they denied my refund. Total liars. They have started renting rooms by the month so there are all sorts of people...

“Property was clean, well located, and exactly what we wanted. Pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast was plentiful. Love the coffee too! Beds were soft and comfy, AC was nice and cold! Would stay again in a heartbeat!”

“Like the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for", and this was the case here. Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal. Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable, couldn't get air conditioning to work, crank window broken and not usable, only 1 pkg of coffee, kleenex box with perhaps 3 tissues in it, no vending, ATM or ice machine on site. ...
