“The staff are very nice. The property is worn down, old and very dirty. It is not kept up- no sink stopper, missing light bulb in bathroom, empty conditioner bottle, unpainted wood post holding up sink, ketchup on walls from prior guests, vents full of dirt, dirty shower curtain, dirty, painted over tub which is very slow to drain, very loud pipes (we had to talk louder to hear each other when another room was running the shower/flushing a toilet), etc. We travel a lot for our kids’ sports...

“The front desk was great. The condition of the pool and hot tub was gross. The hot tub water was the same colour as skim milk and we had to skim it before even going in. So much chemical in the water it actually took the colour out of my swim suit. The room was clean but finger prints on the mirror from the people before us. Was very loud as there was sports teams there so constantly hearing loud kids running around the hallways and housekeeping figured it was a great time to vacuum before 9 in...

“The front desk person (s) were both very nice people and very helpful. My one and only issue is that the bedside clock doesn’t keep proper time. It was correct when I turned the light off but was 2 hours fast when I woke up! ”

“The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. The front desk seemed under staffed. There was only one attendant and she was very busy. The breakfast is good except for the eggs. I've stayed 2x and the eggs are rubbery/hard but there are other options.”
