I video the bathroom then walked to the tub and videotaped the bug. After filming I then walked to the front office told him that the motel had bugs. He walked to my hotel room and saw the good size bug. I demanded my money back telling him I would call the Indiana Department of Health. He refused to refund my...

“The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke.”

“Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there”
