The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with plush pillows and a cozy duvet blanket. Two stylish armchairs with a matching throw blanket provide additional seating. A sleek coffee table sits between the chairs, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a good book. Two other bedrooms have queen sized beds. All bedrooms are bathed in natural light from the large windows, which are adorned with flowing curtains. The neutral color palette and minimalist decor create an inviting atmosphere. Overall, this space is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.

BATHROOMS
Unwind and recharge in our clean and updated bathroom. The sleek design and soft lighting create a calm surrounding and the large mirror is perfect for getting ready. We provide complimentary Eco Botanics White Tea and Honey body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, all of which are gluten-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free. KITCHEN + DINING
Roll up your sleeves, unleash your inner chef and get cooking! We've stocked the kitchen with all the essential utensils, cooking pots, and small appliances you'll need to serve a family dinner. Whether you're a seasoned cook or a budding home chef, you'll love spending time in this space. You'll find essential appliances such as a microwave oven, toaster, rice cooker, blender, kettle, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea. Kid-friendly, shatter-proof plates, bowls, drinking cups, and utensils are also readily available.

The dining table seats 6 comfortably and for families with little ones, a slim foldable high chair with five point safety belt is always available for use.

LIVING ROOM
Come home to our cozy living room, sink into the plush couch, grab a blanket, and unwind with your favorite show on the smart TV. The room has plenty of natural light from the large windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. We've also included a selection of family board games to keep you entertained on rainy days or cozy evenings in. And when extra sleeping space is needed, the queen sofa bed provides a comfortable option for additional guests.

The house is located within 2 miles (10mins) from downtown and a lot of major areas of interest. If you're looking for convenient traveling, look no further! Uber and Lyft are readily available if needed. The closest bus stop is a 5 min walk and is located at the intersection of Indiana Ave & 10th St. Please check out bus routes and schedule online.

Your well-being is our top priority. Please note that this property prohibits smoking and pets. To enhance security, this property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras, solely monitoring outdoor areas without invading your privacy indoors. Water Heater:
Please note that the water heater may take a few minutes to warm up, especially after periods of inactivity.

Water Pressure:
During peak usage times, such as when the washing machine is running, you may notice a decrease in water pressure in the shower.

Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. Please clean the dishes before you leave.

Heating:
The property has an air conditioner and heater controlled by an Ecobee thermostat located in the living room.

Noise:
As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate it if you could keep noise down after 10pm. A noise decibel monitor will alarm if noise goes over the threshold limit during quiet hours.

Laundry:
There is a washing machine and dryer available for you to use, with washing detergent on the shelf in the laundry room.

We do not allow packages to be sent to this property.
We will not be responsible for any case of theft or loss of items delivered to the house.
Please review and sign the rental agreement that will be sent via email. This document must be signed within 24 hours of booking confirmation to avoid cancellation.
