The Desert Villa Resort is the perfect luxury escape. Perfect for a weekend getaway, girls trip, work or sport event and even a staycation. Experience, relax and enjoy our Desert resort like comforts relaxing poolside. Sunbathe in our tranquil backyard, take a dip in the pool and enjoy the spa, relax at night by the fire
pit and play a game of cornhole. Enjoy nearby activities such as golf, pickle ball and tennis, delicious restaurants, all a short distance away.

- Pool heating fee is $100 to turn on and $50 per day to keep running after that

- Spa heating fee is $50 per day

- Don't make loud noise outside past 10 pm, be respectful of your neighbors.

- Please do not sublet the property in any way

- We ask that you do not bring additional/unauthorized guests to the house unless receiving prior approval (This includes having a party or hosting an event)

- Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the person who books.

- By renting our property, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, cost, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to Occupant, Occupant's guests, or licensees or their personal property.

While on the property, please observe these rules:

-Please operate and safeguard the premises including, landscaping, furniture, furnishings, appliances, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, and keep them clean and sanitary.

-Please refrain from loud noises and anything else you think might disturb and annoy the neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. Courtesy hours are 24 hours per day.

Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. When you leave, do your best to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived (minus normal usage of course). There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.

Garbage: Please leave the garbage near the trash bins in the garage. The trash is collected on Monday mornings, please leave all trash at the curb on Sunday evening.

Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented gas-fired fireplace. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials into the fireplace.

NO refunds can be given for festival dates, including coachella weekends april 10th-14th - april 17th-21th and april 24th-28th.
