This 4-bedroom 3.5 bathroom freshly remodeled home has a large, private yard with stunning mountain and golf course views. We can sleep 10 comfortably in beds and everywhere you look you will find thoughtful and curated touches to make your experience here truly unique and wonderful.

There are 2 bedrooms with en suites with one offering an incredible and expansive bathroom in the primary en suite. The second en suite room is the detached casita with its own entrance, HVAC unit, mini fridge and so much more. For convenience and added adaptability, we have 2 memory foam, adult rated folding cots on casters that can easily be moved and placed anywhere in the property for extra sleeping capacity.

The kitchen is extra large featuring tons of storage, and stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. Stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need! If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios and enjoy 2 dedicated work stations we have set up for our guests. There is an extra large format, flat screen television in the living area and all the bedrooms have TV’s that are "SMART" with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.

The desert is all about the indoor/outdoor lifestyle and the incredible style of this home easily flows outside too. Light up the Weber BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals and dine al fresco while enjoying the views and listening to the birds and our gurgling waterfall feature. Take a dip in our sparkling saltwater pool and relax those aching muscles in the hot tub with jets that hit those sore spots so well. Sit out by the fire pit every night and count the stars, make s’mores and just appreciate the peace and serenity that is this desert and this area.

Believe it or not, there’s more! Part of the garage has been converted into a game room that is loaded with the best of the best. Arcade games, foosball, a large television, etc. and even show off your vocals with our karaoke machine. This game room is perfect for everyone both young and young at heart.

As a guest of ours you would have full and complimentary access to the club's state of the art fitness center and sport courts. The golf course is also open to the public so come hit the links and wave to your family in the pool as you pass by the house on the golf course.

This magnificent home is located in the gated country club community of Indian Palms in Indio California just minutes from the music festival grounds (a very quick walk or Uber/Lyft ride) up at the Empire Polo Club and is a quick drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, PGA West and countless other marvelous Coachella Valley venues and attractions.

Obviously pool heating is optional and even unnecessary during the warmer months and if guests still want the hot tub heated we can do that for you for a lower fee.
