“We had a great stay. Communication was great. The host were very quick to respond to any questions and or concerns. The home was very clean and just as described online. The backyard was wonderful for our dog. He had plenty of room to run and have a good time. Location was great… Lots of great restaurants in the area Although we did not take enough advantage, the rooftop patio area was wonderful and has a great view Of the Nashville skyline”

“We booked this home for a girls weekend getaway to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was just as described, plenty of room for us and the hot tub was an added bonus! We were able to walk to a few cocktail joints and restaurants as well. The only reason we put 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness as I think a previous guest’s dog had peed on the sofa/pillow. But otherwise the home was very clean, tidy, and provided all the amenities we needed. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here and were comfortable for the most part. We really liked the layout and the privacy it offered for multiple people in a small space. We did have to treat for ants upon arrival. It seems the whole area may have been having issues due to the extreme heat, but their presence cued that the place hadn’t been prepped in detail for our arrival. “our stay was perfect!! the home was clean, well appointed (they even provided coffee, sugar, creamer, & spices for cooking!!) & in a great location.......we were close to restaurants & bars & a cool retro mini shopping area. we will definitely stay here again when visiting our son in nashville again.”
