“Well maintained and up to date apartment with plenty of amentities near by and quick access to the CBD. Aircon in both bedrooms and the main living area was appreciated in Sydney summer weather. It's a short walk to lots of restaurants and cafes with a few bars and pubs nearby as well. A 5ish minute walk gets you to a bus stop with regular buses into town, which only takes about 15 minutes. The host, Rosalie was great and communicated well.”

“Loved this unit, exceeded expectations. Loved the decor and the art,very well fitted out and very cozy. The bed was great and very good pillows. Close to restaurants, supermarket etc. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is where key has to be picked up from and no identification on key, there were other keys in the lockbox which caused confusion. Also the fan in the bedroom didn't work, even when batteries were changed.”

“Excellent value for money ”

“Upon entry the property didn’t even seem to have had been vacuumed. I was disappointed to find hair everywhere and had to clean myself before i felt comfortable. There being no air conditioning made the property uncomfortable to be in during december heat and the bedsheets were polyester and unbearable to sleep in again due to the heat. The dishwasher didn’t work and overall there were a few big disappointments. The space could be great and is nicely decorated and kitted out apart from these...

“The property offered a quiet, clean, comfortable experience. Only a two block walk to the ferry system, it was very convenient to explore Sydney and move about the different neighborhoods. Although the property did not have air conditioning, they provided several fans to help with the heat (the unit is located on the top floor of the apartment complex).”

“In the studio's description there is no obvious mention of an AC system or the lack of it. The supplied Dyson cool / heat fan (filters needed cleaning) and a second classic floor fan made the heat in the room just bare able. Top dollars for a small studio on the secobd floor at the rear of the building.”

“The property description is accurate and fair. There are lovely views over to Barangaroo and the entrance to Darling Harbour. All appliances worked and bed was very comfortable. A few minor maintenance issues. Be prepared for party boats cruising up and down outside late into Friday evening - just added to the city ambience.”

“The place was lovely and clean, lots of equipment available for cooking, cleaning etc. It was a bit small, and you couldn’t really get on to the balcony too easily, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay a lot.”
