Checking in was easy. We booked a suite and we were very happy with it as it was stylish and also had everything we could possibly need including a Nespresso coffee maker!!

âJust a place to take a good weekend break from everything. It was our 2nd time. Only complaint was that it was too warm to sleep at night. They didn't have any electric fans for us. We will be back in winter next time.â

âThe low rating is entirely due to the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was very soft and "wobbly," and I did not get much sleep over two nights. Otherwise, the place was okay, given the price. One positive was the access to a fully equipped kitchen.â
âI have literally done hundreds of reviews over 15 years with Expedia and this hotel is absolutely a top 3 contender. This is the BEST English country Hotel I have stayed at. The premises, staff and meals are superb. Do NOT bypass this hotel and I would even plan a trip to purposely include a visit. Loved every moment of our stay. â
âLoved it, lady in reception was bubbly, friendly and welcoming. She was also helpful and advised me of important information. Room was lovely, clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. It was an added bonus to have a fantastic brewery/bar next door, and all the local amenities you need. I will be back for business and pleasure, thats for sure.â
