âWe just stay one night on a business trip. Rooms were nothing special and with no air condition it was a little bit difficult to sleep this warm night.

âThe attention to detail is so lovely. Everyone was really helpful and we enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the spa.
A really beautiful getaway. The female members of staff had to put up with a pretty misogynistic guest while we were there (which we witnessed at breakfast) and they kept their cool and handled his rudeness with grace and patience. A lot of friendly professionals work here and you can see they put love into their work! â
âWe had a terrible experience at Samlesbury. The room had no noice cancellation, we could hear everything from outside in the corridor. Doors opening, people talking, it felt like they were standing in the room. It was room 201, dont stay in that.When taking a shower, it was so damp that it was dripping from the cealing for an hour after. When we arrived they couldnt find our reservation for 10 minutes. âAccomodation was perfect for us as we were travelling with our small dog. Excellent selection of coffee and teas in the room.
Staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had our evening meal in the hotel, whih was excellent, as was our breakfast the following morning.
Lovely town to stay in with plenty of pubs restaurants and bars.
We will definitely stay again when in the area. â
