“The property was great; plenty of parking, plenty of room to move about. The house was large but quaint and had everything we needed. Very quiet and remote but only minutes from town. I LOVED Paul's (owner/manager) attitude about closing out the house - "you are on vacation... you don't need to do anything except collect your things..." So no bed stripping, trash disposal, towel washing that is often requested by other properties. I highly recommend this property. My only regret is that we...

“The property worked well for our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) and was close to all locations. It was very close to all activities and amenities. A little tight with one bathroom and the washing machine was a savior, but not being able to use any lines to dry the cloths posed a bit or space and time challenge for 7 peoples clothing. Overall delightful for the price and felt very safe. The shower head was amazing and I am looking for one like it for my home.”

“Wonderful place to stay and would definitely return! Very walkable to riverfront and many excellent restaurants. Very clean! Host provided us a yummy welcoming snack basket. “The colour scheme is a bit of a shock at first but it does grow on you. The kitchen is well appointed but unfortunately no microwave. Because the kitchen/dining area/ lounge are all in one room it is not that easy to relax. The bedroom is up a steep set of stairs and my husband who is quite tall , did have to be extra vigilant getting out of bed to stop himself banging his head on the roof! The bed was very comfortable. A nice cottage .”
