“This quaint and cozy stay is perfectly located near downtown Sebastopol, walkable. Lots of entertainment and restaurant choices nearby. Recommended for a young couple without kids or an adult threesome. Twenty five minutes drive to Bodega Bay. A convenient bike rack to secure ebike(s) located in front. A single king upstairs and reachable via a long, unlit stairwell. Note: ref pets, last visit revealed a backyard area that is NOT fully enclosed.Overall, a pleasant vacation...”

“The online description was accurate. Served as a nice base for exploring Sonoma County west of the 101. Very relaxed feel. Fun to see all of the farm animals on the surrounding properties.”

“Such a clean and bright and comfortable home in a private serene setting! While staying at the Modern Farmhouse, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at The Goldfinch in Sebastopol, and a day of kayaking on the Russian River. ”

“There’s hardly any water up stairs the shower doesn’t work at all. Threshold into upstairs bedroom isn’t attached caused me to trip heated was up at 85 degrees when we got here took forever to cool off zero water pressure”

Lots of good restaurants to choose from, but the kitchen is nicely stocked and ready to go too! Quiet, comfortable… the host always responded within minutes to any questions during our month-long stay. Very relaxing.”

“This is a cute property nestled at the top of the drive in a wooded neighborhood. The outdoor niche would be a pleasant spot for reading. It has a cozy roominess with tidy appointments. It's an easy drive to the Sebastopol business district, which has a wonderful, rustic quirkiness. We highly recommend a drive to Goat Rock on the coast, then to Armstrong Redwood Reserve, and lunch at Baked on the River in Guerneville.”

“Absolutely beautiful home with beautiful views. Everything was clean and every imaginable cooking appliance needed was nicely organized in the gorgeous open kitchen. Host was amazing to work with. Check-in was easy and everything worked well! Plenty of beach towels and blankets. Hot tub was hot and ready for immediate use. We will definitely be coming back!”
