“Excellent stay Lovely hotel with onsen baths”

“This place was absolutely wonderful. I wish I’d found it sooner. After a tiny hotel room in Osaka this was an amazing, luxurious room. I loved it. If I ever return this is the type of place I will focus on finding here.”

“Everything was just outstanding. The place is beautiful, the onsen, garden and more. The service was amazing, 11/10. It was a magical stay that really exceeded our expectations. ”

“Great stay. Enjoyed the private Spa.”

“Really the trip was spoiled from the first moment by poor management. I arrived around 2pm, was checked in and told my room was ready, but per hotel policy I would have to wait until 3pm to enter. From about 2:30 I noticed a group of women in kimonos lined up straight like soldiers and forced to stand there until close to 3pm, when it became their job to take me to my room. It was giving managerial power trip. Perhaps some guests would appreciate this pomp and circumstance, but I only felt...
