A bath math for the bathtub would be great to prevent any slipping incidents and an exhaust fan for ventilation on the washroom would be nice as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!”

“The first room had a lot of hair on the bed. The second room also had hair. You had to lay the bed yourself with the sheets they gave you. The next day you put up the cleaning sign. The staff only arranged the bed. They did not change the sheets. They did not clean the bathroom. They did not change the towels used. They did not replenish the courtesy articles (soap and shampoo).”

“First, the positives: great location, very clean, nicely appointed, and a generally friendly staff. Items needing improvement: room thermostat didn't function well. The room was always cold, no matter what it was set to. The bathroom fan didn't work at all. Even though staff came by quickly to "fix" it, the water pressure in the shower was very low, making hard to rinse your hair. The staff was overwhelmed and under-prepared for weekend breakfasts. “I booked this hotel through expedia and did not realize they had a no cancellation within 24 hours which is fine however I was suppose to drive to vancouver the day of the reservation and the roads were closed due to a forest fire on Hiway 1 , the only alternative route was 5 more hours. I could not make it on time to get to my reservation and asked that they cancel it as the road was closed and there were more fires in the area.
